Conditions for opening a new project

  1. Hospital is a state institution or a communal enterprise.
  2. Hospital and NGO "MSUH" sign a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC).
  3. Hospital and the NGO "MSUH" cooperate in the process of searching and collecting funds for the delivery of a container with medical humanitarian aid.
  4. The terms of cooperation and interaction between Hospital and the NGO "MSUH" are agreed separately and fixed in the MOC.
